Moral of the story... Play your role. If the headliner is looking for something specific for his opening acts either give him that or do your own thing. He decided his ego was too big and wanted to do his own thing now's he just the dude off comic view complaining decades later on youtube.

By Marianne Williamson Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness That most frightens us. We ask ourselves Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small Does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking So that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, As children do. We were born to make manifest The glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; It's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, Our presence automatically liberates others.

matrice03 Netflix awards comedy specials to comedians based on ticket sales performance. In fact, that's how they pay comedians also. They look at all comedians and how their shows and events have sold. If a comedian has sold out an arena, then Netflix will approach that comedian for a special. Netflix will also pay that comedian a multiplied percentage of their biggest gate. For example, if a comedian sold out an arena and the gate is $375,000.00, the comedian will earn $3.75 million for their comedy special. That's only as an example, of course. So, the only way he will get a Netflix special is by selling out a huge venue. This is why you see a lot of bullshit comedians getting specials on Netflix. It's not because those comedians good, it's because they sell. I do agree, he needs a big comedy special.
@matrice03
@matrice03 4 жыл бұрын
I am Nobody thanks for that insight. It kinda sucks if they base specials off of that cause I get it, they need to make sure they can sell out an arena and they get their cut. But he is naturally funny and 100 times better than the crapola that’s out now. And K Hart is not funny

Being a comedian is really hard, it's not about just telling jokes, it's about timing and feeling the audience ur talking too. Tyler Craig has a God given talent for this like Katt Williams, Richard Pryor, Bernie Mac and Fred Sanford to name a few, it just comes natural for them, so plz stop hating and let this man work
