“Quirky.” Yes, that describes Spanish well.

I can't wait to watch this, just got home from work and gotta sleep for 4-5 hours and get back up to work again. But instead of sleeping, i started going through your Learning Kit and then I ended up here. You need a Patreon or donate button, preferably one where you don't have to share the money with Google, you deserve it all !!!!! Adios y hasta pronto mi amiga!

I'm so flattered☺and it's very sweet of you to think of donations. If you want to help me, though, you could tell me what the hardest parts of Spanish are for you, what you're struggling with, etc. To you may not seem like much, but to me, it's a second pair of eyes and a fresh perspective 🙂 ¡Me cuentas cómo te va en tu clase!

@@TellMeInSpanishEng I am just getting to the hard parts (levels 6, 7, 8 and 9) in my Spanish with Paul premium course which goes from beginner to full fluency, so i will report on that once i finish in a month or two.... but for now I can tell you that i made one huge mistake, and that was me talking to myself in my head instead of actually speaking the Spanish out loud. I can say long compound sentences in my head just fine, but i struggle to get them out in actual conversations, and has hindered my ability to comprehend spoken Spanish on podcasts, etc.... This is mainly what enabled me to have limited conversations in only 6 months of learning: Tengo que (have to), acabo de (i just + full verb), verbs like comer to comiendo, hablar to hablando, etc. to say i'm doing that action now. All the pronouns, voy a + full verb (or vas a, va a, vamos a, van a), modal verbs + full verb + pronouns (por ejemplo: necesito comprarlo), ser & estar, podria & deberia, me gustaria and quisiera...... that's about all i know for now plus what i have picked up from the Pimsleur cd's that i listen to while driving.....

Speaking Spanish for 5 years and this is my first time ever hearing and seeing this…I never even heard my native Spanish speaking friends use this way in f speaking…crazy thing is I remember accidentally using me como and my native friend laughed as if I said something wrong now I’m finding out I wasn’t?? Why is Spanish so confusing 🤦🏾♂️😆

🤣I hear you! Spanish likes to keep us entertained, to say the least! It's just that if you use 'me como' without the other elements (like the exact thing you ate), it sounds funny and broken😬 We have to say something like "siempre me como sus dulces" to make it work. So, with 'comerse', its always important to mention what you eat 😋
🤣lol! #1 is "se comió mi tarea" and #3 "me como". If you check these examples, they talk about a specific food. In #3, that specificity comes in the pieces of pizza I eat (two). And #2 that specificity is "mi tarea", which is not a delicious dish, but it's a great excuse 🤣

All perfect!! 🤓How did you find this topic?

I came because of cucurella. Cucu cucurella se come la paella

1. Me perro estropeó me tarea. 2. Marta y Juan caminan muy despacio. 3. Yo me comí dos pedazos de piza. 4. Que te haces gustar tanto de dulces? 5. No te gusta carne?
@TellMeInSpanishEng6 ай бұрын

@TellMeInSpanishEng Жыл бұрын

1. Comió 2. Comen 3. Me como 4. Comer 5. Comes

😌Good!! #1 is "se comió mi tarea". "Mi tarea" is a specific "dish" in this sentence.
