Love my Comet pumps. Had one last for about 10 years. That’s all I run on my 4 machines

Us as well. We have 2 or 3 different variations, but all are 8gpm or 10gpm comets

Ill check tomorrow but that unit is probably 10 or 12 months old. The leaks definitely made this happen way sooner.

Where can you find the check valves for that particular pump. I have the same exact pump that you have for an 8gpm GX 690

Are those check valve caps 30mm? I have an 8035 that looks similar to your pump and need to pull the check valves out

I don't know them. I just call the vendor, tell them the pump number and they send me the parts.

I have a valve seat that's pretty stuck. What's the best way to get it out of the bottom?

Reverse pliers.

Someone told me that to check if the valve is good we can blow or suck they with the mouth to test the air tightness. This is correct? Thank you.
