Since this review three years ago, the warranty has been extended to two years and I read reviews from about four people who wrote that there is an additional one-year extended warranty, making it three years long. The price has come down to about $169.90. I bought one a few days ago. It hasn't arrived. Or maybe the ones with the white remote control that have APPs are still $200?

Hi Herve, Is there a way to unzip it in the back to access the inner parts? I've learned the hard way over the years that the rotating balls in back massagers need some silicone grease every so often to prevent busting the shiatsu gears from too much heat and friction. For those of us with knots like concrete, this is an absolute necessity. Many thanks.

Would the Comfier work in bed reclining on a wedge pillow? I figure you can't lay directly/ fully on it but not sure how much of an incline is needed. I really want something I can lay in bed and use while watching TV. I had a shiatsu massager I tried laying flat on but it bruised me bad.

Sorry about your pain issues, i have 2 plates and 6 metal screws in my left clavicle, it has helped me relax the muscle, i find it is best to lay down on it. For your injuries i would say it would help, but consult with your doctor. It has helped my back tremendously. I actually use it when watching movies.. feel better my friend. When it comes to massage cushions, as with anything else, you get what you pay for - so, get the best kind that you can afford. After that, the intensity (how hard the massage rollers press) is important - but it is something that is easily adjustable: if it feels to hard on you, just add a towel or blanket. Lastly, since the area that you want to target is more so upper back, your height matching the massage cushion is important. Not all massage cushions go all the way up the back (though you can scoot down in your chair somewhat if need be). Good luck.

I dated Tupac’s last girl friend, I met a girl Jade Ngyyen, she was Tupac’s side piece when he died, went on a date with her and all she was talking about was Tupac, MySpace page littered with him. While on the date , she was on her phone the whole date!! I tried to end the date early and rushed to drop her off at her door, when I get out (mad that I wasted my time) she kisses me.... we dated for the summer. Her best friend at the time was Devon Aoki... my second Tupac story is a dated a girl that was best friends with Tupac’s little brother.. my mom ( R.I.P she died last week) used to throw 3 day New Year’s Eve parties and invited the neighbors to come by, an open door celebration... well on the second day of partying a beautiful girl comes in with several friends and starts dancing, we danced for a couple hours and talked and laughed, she gets a phone call from the friend that is my neighbor saying where are you guys? She says I’ve been here for hours , the friend says what address are you ? She was at the wrong house, (4 houses down, wrong party) . Well she says I had a great time and said bye. I’m like 😳. And go back to helping at the party, 45 minutes later she comes back and says I was having a great time here before my friend interrupted us. Her people stayed at the friends house and she stayed with me. before she left again, I grabbed a piece of paper and wrote down her number. Lol well time goes by and i find out that she is studying to be an army nurse. My dad was a neuro surgeon my mom an open heart nurse. She would come over and have a great time with my parents , talking about brain surgery techniques, after dating 2 months she asked me to go to her house in Bedminster, I go to the house and see a picture of Tupac , his mom and younger brother there, I ask her why do you have a picture of Tupac and his family, she said that she is best friends with the little brother. Gulp. My 100% factual Tupac stories... OY VEY!

I guess what I'm saying is that you should either mention that or skip the unboxing portion and just review the product. I was a longtime contractor and had the privilege of receiving tools from manufacturers and reviewing them for publications. For the most part, I think I was truthful in my reviews and never hid the fact that the products were supplied for free from the manufacturers. I'm not sure it that is the case here or not.
