Comfort Adventure Boats Targa 27' and 35'

Matt from Cardinal Yacht sales was a blast to walk the 27 and the 35 foot Targa boats made out of Finland. I recently did a walk through of the 46 Targa flagship and i was so impressed i had to feature both these other models.
These boats are built tough to handle the worst of weather even in the roughest conditions.Lets take a quick tour with Matt this 27 and the 35 Targa.

Superb range of boats - I've had a T32 for five years in the English Channel. One thing easy to overlook is the way Botnia EVOLVE their design, sometimes over 20 years. So no pointless obsolescence, just great seakeeping for sea lovers.

One thing you might want to cover on your excellent coverage. You might want to cover the Air Draft and draft of the boats as well as the projected range for people who are looking for a boat to do the great loop...

For the little boat he said 130-140 gallons of fuel, and 2.6 mpg, which computes to 338 - 364 miles; call it 300, plus a reserve. I don't know the expectations for range, but those are the numbers the Targa guy mentioned for the smaller of the two boats. I agree that a specs page would be appreciated, to help prospective owners properly compare apples to apples when looking at similar boats. Draft is important always, and overall height is important when traversing routes with bridges.

Hi Alfred, I see they are starting up open up a couple of beaches down there again. Hopefully everyone stays safe. This is not over yet. Myself want fishing open again up here in the Northwest. It Sucks we can't

We are trying to find balance out here in Florida. We are a tourism state and this has decimated our economy. We need to protect the most vulnerable but we cant let peoples financial lives be ruined also .People need to be extra careful knowing what's still out there.

MAny just dream about this Targa boats in Norway, they are good in the north sea, in the winter and in good weather, Targa is for boat users not just doc dolls... Happy Days :)

Agree absolutely. Don't know why a guy from Miami is wasting his time. The competitive advantage of Targa is hull shape and seaworthyness for foul conditions northern climes.

@@robertgeorgemiller278 If you watch the Haulover Inlet videos you will see a lot of Miami-sytyle center console and bow rider boats who can't even make it out to open water. Some turn around fifty yards past the jetty. They turn around due to waves standing their boat on its tail, or plowing its bow under, or due to the screams of frightened passengers. Haulover, another location where Alfred makes good videos, might be a proper test of the seaworthyness of a Targa hull shape..

I'll have to look for this boat on the bay. I live on the water(my street is near the water). I see sailboat races, fishing boats. I live in tiburon ca

I wish they made boats this size with only one bedroom and bath lol. They always want to cram to much in these things. For a couple like us, with all our kids out of the house, we just want good space for us.

I'm more of a hermit than most, so I agree with you - wife, me, maybe a pet, that's a full load. But many boaters are very gregarious, and love entertaining, meeting new people, having overnight or week-long passengers, sharing boating and family stories, etc. That's when the second or third bed is needed. Me, I'd trade a better head for a second cabin any day, and that appears to be exactly what the designers of the 27 Targa had in mind with that spacious front head instead of a v-berth.
