COMFORTABLE Christian Louboutins DO exist! Review: Pigalle 85 and HOW TO choose your first pair!

Inez Mia 70mm are the most comfortable heel I have ever worn and I lent them to my sister and she agreed. They have a really nice shaped toe and the heel isn’t a needle stiletto but still quite elegant looking. You can get them in a higher heel but 70mm is the winner for comfort in my opinion and I do really like that height. Flattering without being towering😂 I am 5’8” barefoot so I don’t feel I need 4” heels which is lucky because I wouldn’t call myself the most graceful woman around. But yes, I love the Mias. They aren’t as high end as other brands but they are 250-300$ and they have that all important comfort factor if you plan on wearing them often or for long periods. Bonus points given because I have yet to fall in them!

I appreciate the zoom in on the shoe as it helps me understand what to look for in authenticating the secondhand ones :) what I don’t understand in a lot of reviews is when they say to automatically go up half a size. I’m sure it works for some, but as a majority of CL shoes are designed to fit more narrow feet, I think it really should be left to the individual to at least start with the regular size and determine factors such as foot width, shoe expansion overtime, the height of the heels that cause foot slippage, etc. for me personally I found my true size to work great in the So Kate, however, I’m noticing after wearing them in the house in 30 minute increments in the last week, I’ve stretched into the toe box more comfortably but my heel is popping out and i will have to size down either 1/2 or a full size. I do appreciate your thought and experience for me to take into consideration on Pigalles, which I do hope to try one day too! But just wanted to also share that sizing can be very different for everyone :)

What a great review !! Looking for some louboutins for a vacation and I really wanted the movida jane because of the platform but they are all sold out! So Now I’m looking at pumps but with a somewhat small heel for comfort. and I saw these on the website and decided to look for reviews!!

Good review... They also make flats. The heel heights they offer go up to 130mm in a single sole shoe. Very rare as they are sold as the elusive Merci Allen, Pinupina, and Hot Chick. 😊 Also the shoes are not sold with the rubber sole, but many people like them. The platform pumps reach heights of 160mm but require a pilots license to operate. 😂 I am 4-10 and just picked up the Kate and find them very wearable. Thanks for your review Mer. ❤️❤️

Jimmy Choo Romy 85mm are winners in comfort. Nice to look at too. I think that personally I wouldn’t want to go above 85mm which is about 3.3 inches. That is about as high a heel as I can find even moderately comfortable. I love kitten heels! Still, 85mm is absolutely high enough to feel sexy!

I love Louboutins. I own a few pair at 100mm. I wear a US 9.5 and wear size 41 in Louboutin. They are super comfortable and I can literally wear them all day. My tip is to go up a few sizes from your traditional US size in a luxury shoe.

I had to return my Hermès Oran since they were to wide. Almost everyone seems to need to size up, but that is only due to if you have wider feet or not. I hope I'll get the smaller size in the Orans tomorrow and then I'll know the verdict. ;)

@@merloveslux Got them today in the size 37 (I'm normally 38 in high street brands) and unfortunately the bed is too short and the width is too small, but the 38 is to wide. Haha what to do? :D So I believe that my narrow feet isn't made for the wider model of Orans.

A upscale boutique manager told me when my girlfriend wanted to purchase a pair is to try on 3 different sizes close to your US shoe size and NEVER wear nylons with them to prevent damage to the insides when the nylons deteriorate as they are being worn!!

I tried the so kate boots! They look gorgeous, but were instantly uncomfortable- too much metatarsal pressure and small toe box. Would be great for pics or very short distance walks with no standing!
