Jedna z nejlepších prací, které jsem za poslední dobu viděl, dokonce nechybí ani místnost pro TZB. Jediné co postrádám je místnost pro uložení lyží, kola a podobného materiálu, kterého nebude pro čtyřčlennou rodinu málo.

Děkuji, moc si toho vážím! A máte naprostou pravdu, s takovými prostory je potřeba předem počítat. V tomto případě jsem se chtěl vejít do 100m2, proto by ještě byl potřeba např. zahradní domek nebo jiné vedlejší úložné prostory.

Krásný dům, perfektně vymyšlený. Není umění vymyslet veliký dům, kde je spoustu místa. Ale vymyslet kompaktní dům, kde se rodina nebude cítit stísněně je umění. Klobouk dolů.

A good architect can pull and adapt the plan as shown on the table in short time. Some of these designs are truly brilliant in their own capacity. While architects generally try to conform to their own designs concepts and principals ..many these days use the influences of design as provided in social media to enlighten them faster than normal. This is actually a good thing ...as long as they dont steal the Architects designs ..and use them solely as a guideline of impression and modify with their own design concepts for planning!

Pavel, a constructive criticism: this is the second house I see designed by you and in both the entrance is done from the bedroom side. That is a major turn off for me: exposing the private area to guests. Aside from that, great ideas and great design! ;)
