"Shadows Before Dawn" (Teal Swan) teaches people how to take baby steps on the journey to loving oneself, even if we think we don't deserve it. I will be returning to this video multiple times and I'm sure others will concur how beautiful it is. Adrian, I'm sorry you are hurting but you are doing all the right things. Hitting the beach, getting that glam tan going 🌞, and reading some encouraging words during your alone time.
