Sehen die Gesichter vom gleichen Modell nicht sowieso immer gleich aus? Wäre es nicht angebracht ein Gesicht aus einem beliebigen Foto als Vorlage zu nehmen?

Ja, die sehen bei ähnlichem Prompt schon oft sehr ähnlich aus. Daher habe ich am Ende einmal kurz den Checkpoint Switch angesprochen, damit sollte das Grundprinzip auch funktionieren. Man kann natürlich auch die Grundlage des Gesichtes mit einem Load Image reinladen und von da dann den Workflow benutzen.

Kann es sein dass faceswap nur für Windows geht? Habe alles runtergeladen, doch wenn ich deinen Workflow laden möchte steht da dass einige node types nicht finden kann, faceswap kann ich auch nicht auswählen um es in meinen workflows zu benutzen

Leider kann man auf der Github Seite des Plugins keine Infos dazu finden. Ich hatte gehofft eine Node zu nehmen, bei der nicht extra eine Installation von Microsoft Zusätzen nötig ist. Das mit den anderen Node Types lässt mich aber auch stutzen. Wenn Du den Manager installiert hast und auf "Install Missing Nodes" klickst, werden dort welche angezeigt? Ansonsten kann man die bequem dort nachinstallieren lassen.

wieder ein gutes video, was mich bei der ganzen faceswap geschichte stört, ist dass man genau sieht das es gefaceswapt wurde. Das Gesicht ist immer etwas heller als die Stirn und dann hat man so einen farbunterschied. Es passt einfach nicht zusammen.

Ja, perfekt ist es nicht. Es gibt inzwischen ein neues IPAdapter Model, welches auch für Gesichter zuständig ist. Ich habe noch keine Zeit gefunden es mir anzusehen, vielleicht macht es es das etwas besser, weil es die Gesichter nicht einfach tauscht, sondern aufgrund der Beschreibung rekonstruiert.

If I am remembering correct I have used this node for sharpening: civitai.com/models/19625?modelVersionId=23467 You need to download it and place in a folder in your custom_nodes folder. But basically you could also switch the Sharpening node in this workflow by any other Sharpening Node, from ComfyUI itself or other Custom Nodes you maybe already have installed.

@@ALatentPlace I found the issue, it's the workflow when I downloaded the is an error within the json for the image sharpen block. Where do I find files SD15.safesenors and ip-adapter-plufe_sd15.bin? Thank for the tutorial I am really interested in having this work flow as I am attempting to learn more about A.I generated content

You can download all the needed models here: github.com/cubiq/ComfyUI_IPAdapter_plus#installation For the sharpening I guess I used this one: civitai.com/models/19625?modelVersionId=23467 You can download it and place it in a folder in your custom_nodes folder. But basically you can also replace it with another sharpening node from ComfyUI directly or any other custom nodes pack.

Hast Du in der Node die 0 in das untere Feld gesetzt? Also den Index des Gesichtes im Bild, welches die Node ersetzen soll? Wenn das Feld nicht gefüllt ist oder kein Gesicht erkannt wird, dann könnte dieser Fehler auftauchen.

ja logo. Bekomme den Fehler auch bei Reactor. Wenn ich schon mal Nodes update, kann ich anschliessend Comfy neu installieren. Kommt mir jedenfalls so vor 🙂 Ich nutze die Roop-Node, die klappert super

Ok, seltsam. Reactor und Roop werde ich mir auch noch ansehen, wollte aber jetzt für das Video die möglichst einfachste Variante wählen. "Komplizierter" geht ja immer, dann aber wahrscheinlich auch mit besseren Resultaten. Besonders bei Reactor, so wie ich das bisher verstanden habe.
