Hello. I tried both methods to setup the studio, 1st by copying your template, 2nd by creating fresh one. In both cases, after launching from port view, I'm getting a message displayed saying "Nothing running here yet. Ensure that an app or server is active on port 8188". In meanwhile, GPU credits are consumed, but never seen the GUI interface of ComfyUI Any help please ?

Sorry to hear that. Here are a few things you could try: 1. First, double-check that the progress bar at the top of the screen has reached 100% and disappeared - this means your Lightning AI Studio has fully loaded. 2. Next, take a look at the "onst start.sh" terminal in your Studio (this terminal should be available when you click on "Terminal" in your studio on the right side of the screen). This is where error messages will pop up. If you see any errors, try starting ComfyUI manually by typing python ComfyUI/main.py into the terminal. 3. If that doesn't work, it might be worth double-checking that you're in GPU mode and that your Port Viewer plugin is set to port 8188. Let me know how it goes, and if you're still stuck, try to give me some more detail about the error messages - the more info the better!

just to be on the safe side, please try constructing the complete command in an editor (for example in a text file within lightning ai or in a local notepad) and then copy and paste the complete command into the terminal. I hope this helps 🍀

please put the studio to sleep, and then start it up again, making sure it's starting in GPU mode! Wait until the studio has started up again (it will take several minutes) and check the terminal (symbol on the right) - it should show the on_start_script running. Please check what it says, it should state that comfyui is running on the URL, only then go to the port and open it. If that doesnt work, please start comfyui manually by running "python ComfyUI/main.py" in the terminal. I hope this helps 😊

Hello, I tried to follow your tutorial, but I got stuck after installing the ComfyUi manager in the second step, which is about dependencies. I can't figure out how to refer to the requirements file. I tried writing what you wrote, but it doesn't work.

No worries. If "pip install -r ComfyUI/custom_nodes/ComfyUI-Manager/requirements.txt" didn't work, navigate to the folder in which the requirements file resides via the `cd` command. So: cd ComfyUI/custom_nodes/ComfyUI-Manager/ then install the requirements: pip install -r requirements.txt

not at all - great question! That depends on the size of the lora files.. On the free plan, storage space is limited and they will ask you to purchase the pro plans for more space. On this page, they share how much storage space is allowed on the free plan: lightning.ai/pricing

Thanks a lot! Sorry to hear about the issue. The files might not be showing because the folders are in the .gitignore. If changing that setting doesn’t help, try restarting the studio and checking again. If it still doesn’t work, go to the .gitignore file in the ComfyUI folder and remove the lines for /custom_nodes/ and /models/.
