Ezra is obviously with DC. The contract that majors signed was with Marvel. RDJ was not with Marvel at the time of his drug addiction. Therefore he did not violate his contract. So unfortunately Majors is gonna have to deal with it. Or go to DC where you can go buck wild. I like Majors to seems like a good guy. It is what it is. Hopefully he will land on his feet

@flipthrough6806 I think his point went over your head It’s not who was signed with who at what time Ezra Miller choked a woman and he didn’t get edited out of anything While Majors did.. it’s like Dana White UFC owner SLAPPED HIS WIFE nobody distanced themselves or stopped working with him why isn’t he seen as an abuser?

Comic Tom seems to be primarily motivated by whoever pays him the most. What I’m really curious about is what you mentioned regarding working for CGC. I suspect you have some insider knowledge about the internal dynamics and ongoing issues at CGC. While I understand you might be hesitant to discuss this for reasons of self-preservation, it would be intriguing to hear more about it.

Well said! It's sad that people can't deliver OBJECTIVE COMMENTARY without their implicit bias (maybe even racism) creeping thru. We @Gengeekfam actually did a breakdown of the video with my perspective as a 27 year police officer to shed a more accurate light on his (J. Majors) unfortunate situation. But you were more than thorough my friend!! Kudos! Praying that Major's career is given the equal grace that RDJ has been given.

My Brother, I truly appreciate your comments, and for just checking out my channel period. As I was watching you guys talking in your last video, I wished I had known you when I came to Chicago a few years ago (photography trip), I was up there lost trying to find the dopest Comic Book spots I could. Not a lot of luck due to my group being fearful of going outside the "Green Zone". It is unfortunate that a lot of "mainstream" comic book KZbinrs are like that, their influence really dampens the culture as a whole. Also, I appreciate your insight on the tragedy with Mrs Sonya Massey. Awareness and clarity from a professional is definitely a need so things are not diminished and misconstrued by a biased group defending evil.

I agree with you Ezra choking a woman should’ve been held to the same standards if not more punishment Heck Dana White owner of UFC slapped his wife at a NYE party and everyone sticks with him like it didn’t happen Ezra didn’t get edited out of anything he was in Majors got edited out of Agatha I never believed Ezra deserved redemption for his actions especially because he was in trouble so much he didn’t look like he was remorseful for what he did There’s lots of celebrities that had drugs at a young age Drew Barrymore was already addicted at 12 to drugs But I agree with you Tam thinks he knows the legal system when he pushes garbage speculation books onto people He’s a seller so it probably benefits him because he’s probably got dozens of those books he throws on the top 10 and makes extra money off peoples FOMO purchases
@EvolutionaryComics3 ай бұрын
Absolutely Agree on all points. Ezra STILL hasn't shown true remorse. Tam most definitely is pushing the market in his favor as well as his "friends" favor as well. I know he has dozens of "Wolverine #1", just check out how many times that appears in his Top Comics list.

First video I have seen from you, and I gotta say that I love the way you speak. You were able to defend Majors without discounting his actions for what he ACTUALLY did rather than what people are assuming. You seem passionate about comics and their related movies. Happy this got recommended to me, definitely subscribing!

Majors was convicted of a misdemeanor, which should be an indication to those reporting the story that it's not a very serious infraction. Majors was absolutely shafted by the entire situation; almost every podcast, entertainment reporter, etc, treated the story as a serious crime with no context, which exacerbated the entire situation. Majors is a highly talented actor, who I hope will reestablish his career eventually

Absolutely! IMO Majors was on his way to Denzel status. He seemed to only get better with each role. He definitely got "jerked" no Diddy!

Sorry, but your argument is meandering. “Lies and inaccuracies”? Really? From what I hear, you’re low-key disparaging the comic “influencer” and RDJ in your defense of Majors, who was convicted of a violent crime. You can talk all you want about the degrees of criminality, but the facts remain. RDJ was convicted of non-violent drug related crimes vs. violent crimes. I’ve enjoyed Majors’s accomplishments and I’m sure he’ll eventually get an opportunity at redemption…just like RDJ. As for the comics influencer, I have no opinion on him or his channel as I’ve only casually watched a few videos of his.

Accusations and lawsuits are one thing but he was found guilty by a jury of his peers. Tough to get over that one tbh

First of all, Thank you for your comment and opinion. I quoted "Tam's" comments and stated the facts. I clarified the difference between an "assault" charge and a "reckless assault" charge. I followed that up with a statement of my knowledge of said charges. RDJ's charges also included a weapons possession charge and during the home burglary event, he was a grown man under the influence sleeping it off in his neighbor's kid's room. a real "YIKES" moment. Your following suit with Tam by stating Majors was convicted for a violent crime. "reckless assault is a misdemeanor that has never been considered by the courts as a violent crime". Therefore again, "Lies and Inaccuracies". The video shows who was the real aggressor and who was trying to run away. From what you hear, I'm low key disparaging the comic influencer ? Am I ? Or, maybe I'm just holding someone who I recognize as a MAJOR comic influencer to a higher standard ?

I mean after seeing the video can you honestly say what he did was wrong? he literally put her in the car and ran and they treated this like it was something bad. The reality is they didn't like other stuff with him so they HATED him and since they couldn't do anything about it they used that to justify it. I don't have to like the guy to see that it was BS.

Who's Comic Tam, did you mean Comic Tom? You called RBJ a "good" actor? Dude, RBJ is an acting legend. I'm sure you haven't seen a tenth of the movies he's been in, showing his immense range and abilities. Majors, yeah he's solid, but he's only got one character, basically angry dude. He plays an angry, misunderstood person in every movie. Bro brings nothing else to the table. He might have become a great actor, had he not shit the bed with these personal issues. As far as Comic Tom and pushing fomo, I mean come on man. He's popular, but him talking about the top ten isn't affecting the market at the level you're implying. That' ridiculous! Also unlike other youtubers, including you, Tom has class bruh. He doesn't talk shit about others who are just looking to find clout through drama.
@EvolutionaryComics3 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comments and opinion. Bro, I'm old enough to have watched all of RDJ's movies 3 times over. I'm saying anything negative about RDJ, I stated the facts of his legal history. MY opinion of not wanting him to play DOOM is based on him being a better Iron Man. C.T. is at the top of the food chain when it comes to Comic Book KZbin influencers. Name someone bigger ? Go back and review my videos and show me where I have ever attempted to gain "clout through drama". If you consider calling out someone who is inaccurately inciting FOMO as classless, then you continue to blindly follow those other channels.

Majors can go get some other job. We don’t need someone like him in any position of power in any industry, but especially in media. But all that aside, is this really a white knighting video for a movie star who beats women? …….why? 😂 You weren’t in the courtroom. You weren’t on the jury. You don’t know what evidence was presented to the jury. Marvel doesn’t owe Majors a second chance. SEPARATELY many people came out after Majors was found to be a domestic abuser, and said how Major treated people around him. And at NO POINT has Majors acknowledged his abusive behaviors. Nah, we don’t need dude. We’re good.
