I like/have the VM20 and I like it much better than my Rode VideoMic Pro R (old) but I don't have the NTG, so thank you for comparing! P.S. Even with the rode plugged into the zoom h1n the comica imo holds up well and that wireless feature is amazing. I wish they would combine lol

I think part of it is if you have a business plan and a thing you want to focus on (a niche, etc.) and if you start doing the Amazon affiliate links, I hope it can help you too! I'm a small channel myself and am still learning about how to grow and do business too, and I'm starting to find my niche (it's SOOC/straight out of camera settings!)

Bought two of them and sent both of them back. Be very careful with ANYTHING that produces signals because the RF sensitivity of these has a long way to go before it can be trusted in a professional setting. Other than that it produces good sound.

What happened?

@@A1Bokeh first, it starts cutting out a lot if you move around so stay still. second, if the receiver gets close to a recording device there is a tendency to hear a faint high pitch sound, which sometimes cycles on and off as the mic and transmitter try and communicate. It sounds pretty good wired but the bluetooth just needs another generation I think. I wanted it to work well soooo bad. It’s just not quite there yet.

@@A1Bokeh You absolutely should. Also, don’t block the oled screen on the mic or it will definitely cut out.
