I actually was on team zemo in civil war because nobody tried to save his family and after nobody offered support he had no help, nobody tried to see from his point of view and the loneliness drove him to insanity, he saw no reason to help others because nobody had helped his family and his knowledge that they couldn't have been saved makes him angrier so he takes it out on the avengers thinking "because of you I have no one to love me " so now nobody will love you because I will make you destroy eachother I feel awful for zemo and he isn't the true villain of the story no matter how much marvel try to make it seem P.s he has a damn good reason to be evil and he's not even evil because he worked in the military serving sokovia. It is a fact that Ironman died as a great hero to the MCU. Sacrificing his own life for the greater good. Protecting theall of his loved ones and friends and everyone else in the known galaxy. Which makes Iron Man the greatest MCU hero of all time! Even the mistakes he made earlier (From accidentally creating Ultron and losing his cool after being lied to and betrayed by Captain America and Bucky which is basically normal for every sane minded human being. If I were shown a video of my parents being murdered by someone who is standing right next to me, my first reaction is to try to get revenge for my parents as well. Which is also a normal reaction for any sane minded person who loves their parents. Only those who are bad and ungrateful kids who only care about themselves would say otherwise) were all driven by his desire to protect the people that are important to him including the entire world as it is. So basically Tony Stark has been trying really hard to protect everyone despite being hated by people who have difficulty understanding how great minds work (common people a.k.a people that are not so smart.)

OK now your just not even trying. spider man became super violent and nearly killed. However he didn't become a villain in that instance. Also fans didn't like the suit? you're kidding right? People loved it but the problem was the writers were having a difficult time drawing him in detail in the suit, and so rather than scrapping it altogether they went with making it an alien so that the design could stay but wouldn't be a constant problem.

Daredevil when he lead the Hand and Black Panther became the Devil of Hell's Kitchen. Great arc. Thor when he killed all of the Avenger's, X-Men, F4, and a handful of others, even killed Hulk and Thing at the same time. But in his mind, he was doing right, and the world was basically swayed by Norman Osborne to lead up to that point. Hawkeye, Iceman, and probably the most iconic turn since Hulk Hogan teaming up with the NWO... Cap being a double agent for Hydra that was poorly and quickly reversed with some "implanted memories" and stuff.
