I agree with you - I'm loving Dawn of DC so far and am looking forward to the Absolute Power event. Green Arrow seems to be the book that is most directly leading into it and I'm excited to see what happens. Amanda Waller is becoming the fiercest villain in the DC Universe!

I was on the fence about getting Anansi Boys. But after reading the story synopsis I’m all in. Plus I’m a big supporter of Denys Cowen & his C cover is a great addition to my collection.

Gatchaman has definitely taken a few forms coming to the USA. You probably remember it a G Force. Also really loving Bloodhunt so far. Was buying it specifically for Blade but the story has been really good.

I totally get buying a book just because of cover. I try not to but I do. Blood hunt hulk, Cassara cover--perfect example. Very excited about Absolute power but...not getting all the tie-ins. But very excited. And Blood hunt. I was like you and many people I know not that excited but it's actually really good. Especially midnight suns and black panther. Like really good. Not getting all of them but seriously remember those two. Lastly. Dude Action comics on pull list....go look at cover B!!!! Jimenez cover 🤯 Just saying. Love A but.....come on. Definitely reading something Dope today👊

I have zero interest in DC's Absolute Power: it sounds like a remake of an old one shot that wasn't that great (JLA: Act of God where all the heroes lose their powers). Also, Gatchaman was dubbed into English as Battle of the Planets and G-Force in the 1970s and 1980s.
