Of all the Rebirth books, this was the best one. The clash of personalities between Jon and Damian was comedy gold. I was so upset when it ended.

Particularly with how they ended it, by ruining one character and just sending the other 1 away. The status quo was perfect the worst part is that they could have easily done what they did to Damian and Jon with Tim and Connor, and it would have made more sense.

this was beautifully done. Damien has done a lot of growing. The talk with Superman at the end with Jon and Damien essentially saying they have each others back is the unspoken thing that Bruce and Clark have for each other. LOVED IT!

Damien as Batman have so much potential to continue the archetypal Batman journey. Like, he's the perfection candidate amongst all the other Robin to struggle with not killing and have a whole story over that. He's thinking is somewhat close to Batman but not too much so he can be further developed

Damians book was the latest Robin run. Was pretty good. Love Damian. Jon pretty cool too. But Damians stories have been better so far. Jon always trying to fill his dad's shoes. Don't think he will hit his stride until he gets a really good run

I've always said that Batman's strongest weapon is not "prep time", but respect. Batman is a role that I honestly don't think anyone *but* Bruce can fill. Each of his Robins has their own schtick and each one has their own unique identity, and if Batman were to retire then I think Batman would just have to become an urban myth. Let people take up the mantle to fight back against injustice, but don't give it to anyone who we already know because turning a character into something they're not simply won't work in the long run. Let the mantle pass from person to person, with each individual having their own reasons and their own views on the Bat but not keeping the mantle for an extended period of time

If it's a split-decision type scenario Superman would kill Batman it almost every time but if it's a pre thought-out scenario and both of them knew that they were going to fight one another ahead of time and they were both able to plan out their mode of attack then Batman would definitely have a chance

Okay, so as I understood the hypertime thing, Marvel has all universes/timelines branching off each other. Like a tree. In DC, its more of a forest, where we have completely independent universes that also have their dependent universes branching off in hypertime. That is, each tree of a Universe has branches in hypertime. Essentially just a collection of multiple Marvel-ish universe systems.

Batman v Superman: you fail to mention that Superman has many many weaknesses. Needs yellow sun to have his powers alone makes the idea of Batman being able to defeat Superman very plausible. Not to mention his vulnerability to magic and kryptonite. Plus sound I think and his weakness for Louis. I would bet on Batman because of his intelligence alone. Why anyone takes your "knowledge" seriously is very concerning. But when it comes to a guy that says that if he got powers he would be a villian I wouldn't expect anything less than ignorance.

Its snowed maybe 5times my entire 32 years of life here in Tucson, Arizona. So our snow ball fights were throwing dirt clods at each other but we would either throw the little ones to hit each other and the big ones at each other's feet. Anyways me, my older bro, and my friend with his older bro. We would usually have my brother with the younger bro and me with the older bro team up. For everything to keep it "fair." (We always lost) but yeah one day in a dirt clod war it was the 2 younger vs the 2 older so I picked up a huge clod of dirt with rocks in it as most big pieces would have and threw it as hard as I could and as soon as I let it fly o knew it was going to hit the older homie and bam right in the face. So we both just took off cry laughing back to the house (we were scared of the retribution) also he was the crybaby of the group so it was a double bad. Anyways we got in trouble but I can remember so clearly that they kept saying it was full of rocks lolol I didn't know there was that many but yeah sorry for the long comment. Just sharing a fond memory. Also i was in 2nd grade, young friend in 3rd, older friend in 4th, and my bro in 5th. So it was always just so fun to play sports like basketball football or baseball or swim during the day then come inside at night and game if out mainly on N64.

I love super sons it was such a amazing series and plus like rob said it was the best thing coming out of dc rebirth at that time, which I agree one hundred percent because that series gave me everything I ever wanted especially as a huge fan of Jonathan Samuel Kent Superboy as his little 10 year old self and Damian Wayne Robin becoming a team and having fun adventures was really awesome and tons of fun in my opinion, and yes I am still pissed off we lost my favorite series and team the super sons for garbage crap from bendis horrible superman run to tom taylor terrible son of kal-el nonsense which was just bad at least in my opinion.
