@Gvn Skw That's called "a separate timeline" think of it as just another world in the multiverse now. Timelines split and new worlds are created. Easy fix to a plothole: just don't label it as a plothole and just make it part of the continuity. What I find to be the bigger plothole is that we get old man cap, which would suggest they are going with singular timeline theory. HOWEVER this could be explained as cap from a different timeline where events played out the same.

Wolfgang 644 he was able to help Roy and Starfire kill those monsters so I’m sure he still remembers how to fight.

Wolfgang 644 fighting is less mental memory and more muscle memory, at least it is for Jason. In “Lost Days” when Jason was still just a mindless zombie after being brought back by Superboy Prime punching a hole in reality he easily manages to take out all of the assassins Talia and Ra’s put him up against while they are holding him captive. Then after he comes back fully form a Lazarus Pit he gets more training so now he’s one of the best fighters in the world. And all of what he learned is now muscle memory.
