Second, even if Jason could be the one who is most like Bruce, it does NOT mean he is Bruce's favourite son. Although Bruce will not admit it Dick Grayson is probably his favorite son, just because he is the first Robin.

Also, obviously all of Robin's death impacted Bruce deeply. That said, Jason's death have the most impact on Bruce because he is KILLED by JOKER in such a gruesome manner. I think if anyone in the Bat family is murdered brutally by Batman's 'mortal enemy', he would have reacted that way too.
