I don’t know why everyone is so surprised by Coach. They have always had great quality bags. You do not have to spend thousands of dollars for a nice bag.

becky robinson people are surprised because Coach went into that canvas stage in the 2000s and were charging leather prices for it and they opened a ton of outlet locations and the quality plummeted. But now they’re having a come back with their new creative director who came from Louis Vuitton. The styles and quality have really come back around. I’m a Coach woman all the way. Great price and great quality. I’d never spend more when there is no need to.

⁠@@indiradahan That is one of the many reasons I would never get a Chanel bag. They are extremely expensive,have simple designs,get scratched easily,etc… unless I know the price will go up then I would just store it up and sell it after the price goes up. I would never carry one though.

LOL! This vid was a recommended video since I have been watching coach reviews lately including your video! I just bought the Rambler in Taupe after not buying them for over a decade. After having so may high end bag and know owning a coach bag. The quality of coach is so comparable to the high end designer bags. I think the Mulberry Director did a great job converting this new image for coach.

Coach is a hidden gem in the purse world. I started wearing Coach in 2003, and while I have dabbled in preloved LV a little over the past five years or so, I always prefer Coach. They do take a beating, my oldest bags are still in excellent shape! And yes, it's affordable luxury. I always felt sorry buying LV, even preloved. I just couldn't get over the fact that I paid the same price for a 20 year old Speedy as I would have a brand new leather Coach, that would be just as durable, maybe even more so. Plus their SAs are the best. The service I've gotten at various LVs is hit or miss, but I've always gotten treated like an old friend at every Coach I've visited.

Coach was my go-to brand back when I was younger. The leather and workmanship are stellar. They lost me when the brand went into the “C” logo on the canvas. Presently I’m refurbishing vintage Coach bags for my personal use and with a little time and elbow grease, those bags are good as new!!! Glad you came around!!

These bags are gorgeous. I too drank the Kool Aid, and in the last six months I bought a Tabby 26 and a Cassie, and I absolutely love them. Coach always had beautiful leather. They did some backsliding when they started making jacquard and fabric bags with leather trim. They just didn’t hold up and were really overpriced, I thought. Some people really look down on Coach and Other contemporary brands, but I see nothing wrong with them. Coach has been around for over a half century and really has a great reputation. If you want exotic leather, they have it, and if you want every day luxury, you’re covered. Today I ordered a Coach field tote from the boutique in Paramus. I had a coupon and customer service said they had two in stock there. The asst store manager, Alex, was wonderful, not like some of the snobs at Louis Vuitton who sometimes act like they can’t be bothered. Anyway, enjoy these beauties!

Dawn Loves Couture hey Dawn! I finally drank the Kool Aid and it was surprisingly and refreshingly sweet! I definitely want to add a Cassie too, just need to decide which color. And agreed, I loved Coach and it was the IT brand for a while, and then it all fizzled out. I love contemporary brands too like Tory Burch and Rebecca Minkoff and have no issues. I even have a few Coach bags from back in the day, still in great condition! SueMae Everyday Do it! I have a few of my old leather Coach bags, and they’re great. I just bought my first Tory Burch last week (I was a bad girl!). I love my LV, and other luxury brands, don’t get me wrong, but there’s times when you need a less conspicuous bag or for times when you know you don’t want or need to be careful where you set your bags. I had a good laugh once when someone asked another luxury KZbinr whether she should take her Chanel WOC or Pallas clutch to Disney! I thought, girl, get to Target and find something for under $20 that you can take in the rides!

Coach was like Louis Vuitton in the 70s then they hired a new marketing director and they started the fabric bags with the Poppy theme that’s when I went off Coach and to Louis Vuitton. after 15 years I may be ready to go back to coach now, especially their Heritage line with the heavy brass and thick leather. that heritage line is very classy and has semi turned me back to Coach. Hi Sue, it was fun watching your excitement over these bags! :) It was Parker that drew me to Coach over a year ago, and I also have a Dinky but another style. Dinky is part of Coach 1941 collection, which is their highest quality and the bags are usually all leather. Parker is not all leather, but still it is so pretty, isn't it? I also love bags with turnlocks :)

I have that bag but it's black leather in the front and a pretty pink on the on the sides and bottom and a sage/taupe in the back, it's metallic light green inside. It has a bright orange hang tag. It has the change purse inside that I use for my cards. It's my going out bag for spring and summer or on vacation to Florida or somewhere tropical. I just walked into Coach a few years ago and I just liked it, it wasn't a planned purchase. My 27 year old niece loves it! So I'll give to her if/when I decide I no longer want or need it.

I can so relate.Last year I purchase the Parker (cream, brown & snake skin)which got some many compliments and looked just as good if not better than luxury bags from craftsmanship and quality. Loving Coach exactly for the reasons you mentioned! Not to mention their customer service is excellent. I called customer service to ask about a bag I can’t find on the website anymore and the phone rang once and a real person answered. I was caught off guard because I had put it on speaker to do other things, thinking I’ll be waiting for at least a couple of minutes. Haha! Sometimes when it disappears on the website, the rep told me they are probably out of stock, not necessarily discontinued. Love the Dinky combo you got. TFS! :)

I have multiple coach bags in that beautiful quilted leather including that same dinky, which I love. This particular leather however needs to be handled with some care. If you want a fabulous carefree coach bag, look for glovetanned pebble leather from the 1941 line. Rogues are the best!

I rubbed at it and looks like the mark got lighter, but made me realize to be more careful. I’ll have to look for the glovetanned pebble leather-are some cassies made of that? Ok, these are both completely gorgeous (although I find the internal purse thing weird in the Dinky), and I was straight on the website and neither of them are available in the UK! Dammit!
