Damn I needed this yesterday. I had another rough day at work. I work as a stable hand, a shit shoveler specifically. My job is outdoors and lots of manual work and I’m only on morning shifts. But yesterday morning, the temperature was in the mid to high thirties (that’s in celsius, I live in Australia ) and it took WAY too long for us to finish up. On top of that, I had forgotten to fill up my water bottle so I only had a tiny bit of water. All this the day after I had my birthday. I’m autistic and have adhd and while I have medication for the latter, everything yesterday was too damn overwhelming. When I saw this upcoming at like 10 p.m I was like, ‘is this dude psychic!?’ Anyway, loved it! Looking forward to your next video.
