It is a lot of work, but I love it. Right now it is Hot but I Love it. THe Honey harvest is paying off as well. Looks like a good year. Most folks that purchase a Jar of Honey really don't understand how much is involved is filling that Bottle. Last weekend I worked from 10 p to 5 am extracting honey. A one man show. 4 1/2 buckets .
