Oh yes Hannah...you get married and no, you are not controlled, but you are part of a union and you don't have the freedom to do everything you so please. Your husband should back you and you him. Its a union/ like one soul. If you wanna be a feminist and do what you want...stay single. You DO HAVE OBLIGATIONS in a marriage. Its not a free for all...and your husband will tell you a heck of a lot of things you wont like. This is very bizarre and not christian at all. What people are not getting is that the show itself is not how most people would normally date or find a spouse. The concept of the show is that she is dating and having physical relationships with multiple people and if Hannah chooses to explore a particular physical connection further than others 1. it's her body her choice and 2. again, that's the show. I'm not saying she has to sleep with every guy there, but it makes sense if she might explore that with one or two of them, to make sure that connection is truly there, or just because she wants to. If Luke can't handle that why is he on the show?
