Min 5:30 my beutifull boy chuy is very sad now he been detected from GMCH SINCE 2012 because they only work with regional, and even though my son is quadrupled for he's artrogripocys C,M,D.. regional center only works with mental issues, now we are in limbo no respite or after surgeries care or hpspice services for us😐
