The most fun way to beat this mission is just to use the two initial Overlords (1 gattling upgrade the other speaker tower) and one infantryman to reclaim one once Jarmen Kell disables it and NOTHING ELSE (well once the initial ambush is beaten at least)! No buildings, no upgrades, no nothing. It is possible though tricky as long as the overlords get attacked from two sides.
