hey bro quick question, how many hours do you have on this game? Just to know how long it would take to get this good. BTW loved the video!

Your tutorials are excellent, maybe in the description you could list the actions that you take like 3~ASW - Set up mission for ASW, with Helos etc etc.

More good stuff! Boy, there is SO much behind that Mission Doctrine button! Always like watching folks set up missions - especially when the explain their thought process. Quick question - when you call the sub up, is there any notification he is back at 'communication' depth?

I just checked this and there is nothing in the message log that pops up, kind of an oversight. I will post over on suggestions that this might be a good addition.

So, I'm having the following problem - sometimes I have a fighter flight on Patrol and order them to attack a target pressing F1 - one of the aircraft will go attack the target, but not the other, which stays on station, no matter what I do. What is happening?
@PGatcomb4 жыл бұрын
Sounds like a doctrine issue. Double check your Weapon Release Authorization (Control Shift F9). It's probably set so the weapons need a single shooter/unit, hence only one aircraft going out to attack. You can always do a manual attack also (Control F1).

@@PGatcomb Thanks! I think that helped. So if I have a couple of aircraft running a patrol mission, I should always have the mission's WRA stating that at least 2 units could fire at a target if I want both of them to go after a target as a flight, right?

Hi.That means "light 202 loadout" or "Light 004 loadout"? I learn to play and bad know English . Thank You.
@PGatcomb4 жыл бұрын
That refers to the arrangement if the weapons in the load out. A 402 could be 4 of one missile, 0 of another and 2 of another. For example, an f14 loadout could be a 422 for 4 aim-54c 2 aim-7m and 2 aim-9m. See the bottom of the loadout screen for specifics to the loadout.

@@stardaggerrihannsu2363 Yeah, I wish he'd post his tutorial missions too so its easier to follow along but you can go in the editor and try to recreate it as he goes along. A little slower but very possible. As someone said in one of the opening videos of this series, the game can be played directly from the scenario editor and that's a nice way to play for learning
