What are you confused about? Have you tried playing it yet? Sometimes, the games can seem really confusing and overwhelming, but once you start playing, you'll get the hang of it

So on my turn, could I use all my action points to draw 4 cards, then during the buying/selling phase, sell all 9 of my cards at half value (is it rounded up or down?) and then buy cards from the row? Cards you sell to the market: so they go on the bottom of the market deck? Can you sell your starting hand cards?

Absolutely, nothing that says you can't. There is a limit on how much gold you can have, 12 for 2 players and 20 for 4 players, but you can just sell, buy, sell, buy to keep it below the limit. It's half value rounded up. They go into the game box to be removed from the game. Yes, you can sell starting hand cards. They have the star instead of a cost, which means you only get 1 gold.

Here To Slay or Command Of Nature, which one is better?

Well, it really depends on what kinda game you like or want to play because they are a lot different. Here to Slay is a game about building a party of characters and/or fighting monsters while Command of Nature is a deck building game where you're trying to defeat another player. Here to Slay is better for a larger group because it's for more players. It just depends on what the players want to do. I think there both great games for different reasons. Different groups of players will probably like one over the other depending on the kinds of games they like.
