I heard that after the Clone wars, Cody was stationed on Kamino and was in charge during Starkiller's breakout in ST The Force Unleashed 2, I don't think he actually showed up but according to Wookieepedia, he was there. :)

I wish Cody appeared more in CTW, Being Obi-Wan's second in command, Cody deserved to be a part of the main characters. Anakin Skywalker Obi-Wan Kenobi Ahsoka Tano Captain Rex Commander Cody The 5 main characters of TCW. Such a shame and waste that it didn't happen that way :(

You know what would've been awesome if Kenobi turned up at the time where the troopers were looking for him and surrenders and before killing him he makes some sense to them for example "The 212 when have I ever betrayed you?, why would the Jedi betray the republic even if it was our duty to protect it for ages before you? I have led you though battles and this is what I get? Commander cody we've been through alot already sharing bonds and one thing I know you never let me down" and then the 212 lay down their weapons finally awoken from their chips and report for duty to fight with General Kenobi one more time heading to the jedi temple confronting other clones and raising the suspicion of the emperor who was a Sith that the clones have been fighting and declare that he is corrupted. I don't know why Cody didnt get any realisation about ordering artilliary upon Obi wan even the bond they shared he didnt stop to think for a minute about it.
