there is a motif that plays throughout the episode is S2 and you hear it again in the one outpost episode in S3. also, kevin kiner (the composer for Bad Batch) has a track in the S2 soundtrack called "Mayday" which is built around that motif. so there is a real Mayday theme, mine is just my take on that one that is already released.

"I never really thought about the war ending... until it did." He may not have been the best nor the most skilled clone to date but he was very opinionated on situation regarding his brothers and where they stand in the newly formed Empire. Like a tool, the clones were only useful if they could meet the standards set in place by the new military power but even then they were a means to an end. A place holder to help keep order throughout the known galaxy until their replacements could take their place as the new face of the imperial army.

thank you, lisa! on the synth hit i have an EQ, a saturator, a distortion, a stereo shaper, and a reverb. the "big and scary" effect can be made by cutting out some of the bright high end with an EQ, beefing up the low end with a saturator, giving it some grit with distortion, and throwing on some reverb to give it that "ominous" quality you're talking about. hope that helps!
