Okay, I absolutely LOVE how this Kirby music mix is structured as if there really is an event akin to the Olympics happening in Dream Land. Nice work, Commander! Actually, a Kirby spin-off based on the Olympics would be an interesting idea, that's for sure. But then again, Kirby Battle Royale exists, and while it isn't necessarily based on the Olympics to my knowledge, it's certainly the closest thing we've gotten to a game like that in the series thus far. Hmmm...

@@redsterthegamer Hmm... as someone who feels as if it's about time that Mario and Sonic had a big crossover that doesn't involve them going to the Olympics, that sounds like an interesting way to spice things up. But what Kirby characters would be chosen to represent Popstar? If I had to guess, I'd say that Kirby himself, Bandee, King Dedede, Meta Knight, Gooey, Magolor, Taranza and Susie would be some of them at the very least.

The last thing we want is for it to veer into Smash Bros. territory and cause the fanbase to become just as toxic! ...although now that you've mentioned it, it HAS been a hot minute since the last Sega Superstars game, and a Sega Superstars Sports Mix would be pretty nifty. As for who I'd think would end up being playable in such a game? Well, I imagine it'd consist of the following: * Sonic The Hedgehog, Miles ''Tails'' Prower, Knuckles The Echidna, Amy Rose, Shadow The Hedgehog, Rouge The Bat, Blaze The Cat, Silver The Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman, who of course represent the Sonic The Hedgehog series. Naturally, the Sonic series would end up with the most representatives. * NiGHTS and Reala from the NiGHTS series. * Ristar, because why not? He was supposed to be in a cancelled Sega sports game that would've featured multiple other Sega characters after all. * Alex Kidd from his namesake series. * Beat and Gum from the Jet Set Radio series. * Ulala and Pudding from the Space Channel 5 series. * AiAi and MeeMee from the Super Monkey Ball series. * Amigo and Amiga from the Samba De Amigo series. * Billy Hatcher from his namesake series. * Gilius Thunderhead from the Golden Axe series. * Ryo Hazuki from the Shenmue series. * Joe Musashi from the Shinobi series. * B.D. Joe from the Crazy Taxi series. * Arle Nadja and Amitie from the Puyo Puyo series. * Kazuma Kiryu from the Yakuza/Like A Dragon series. ...and that could just be the base roster. Could you imagine if a hypothetical game like this got DLC with new characters on top of the ones already listed? I can totally see Metal Sonic, Vyse from Skies Of Arcadia, Bayonetta, Axel Stone from Streets Of Rage, Red from Angry Birds (since Sega owns Rovio now), Jack Frost from Shin Megami Tensei, Morgana from Persona 5 or, heck, maybe even Hatsune Miku and Segata Sanshiro themselves all being DLC characters. And that's not to mention that other series like Panzer Dragoon, Burning Rangers, ChuChu Rocket and The House Of The Dead which don't have any playable representatives could be represented in other ways like, say, through their own dedicated stages and minigames? There's a whole lotta potential here, and with Sega's recent efforts in bringing their older dormant IPs back into the limelight, who's to say they aren't already working on something like this as we speak?
