@suarez elminster's 1st ability does stack for multiple scry effects, as long as you aren't scrying with an instant/sorcery (as it would apply the cost reduction to that). the ability reads: "Whenever you scry, the next instant or sorcery spell you cast this turn costs X less to cast, where X is the number of cards looked at while scrying this way." this is a triggered ability that will apply to your next instant or sorcery cast if you scry 2 three times, each will trigger this ability and apply to the next instant/sorcery cast after the scry(/after this triggered ability resolves) so if you cast pre ordain and scry 2, it will trigger elminster to reduce by {2} then if you use omen of the sea, its another trigger for 2, then use elminsters plus ability it will trigger again all of these will apply to the next instant or sorcery spell cast for a total reduction of {6}

So just because I wanted to check… when Cory swung at Stephen to knock him out with the hampster and firery emancipation in doesnt it triple all damage? If so the 4/4 he blocked with should have killed the hampster (12/12) dealing 16? Then he couldn’t fling it to Stephen to knock him out since it was dead? It went too fast I may have missed something.

When Stephen attacked Corey with all his Mana Dorks they should have untapped due to his commander’s ability, meaning he could have blocked the Boo attack from Corey

Pretty sure you couldn't move counters on to boo to kill Stephen due to the timing stamp on the ability goes on the stack when it's not visible even if you stack the triggers that boo would enter first it was not seen by the ability triggering

Can we please stop saying "it's a may" and "it's not a may". This hasn't been relevant to the rules in a very long time. You are playing a game for fun with your friends, let them have the trigger. You are playing a competitive game at a store the judge will ask the opponent wants the trigger to go on the stack.
