A good leader should have the ability to know the right kind of individuals to put on ministerial positions. It is sad that YOUNG INNOCENT BLOOD has to be shed for changes to be made in African countries. How about leaders developing the right mindset and applying real leadership wisdom instead of rewarding individuals based on who was with them during campaigns?Good governance is what we deserve in Africa.
