Hello Sir, In the last video , last sum(Alpha & Beta), unrealized profit was not subtracted from NCI. But in this sum(Pasha & Solar), it is subtracted. Could you please explain why the treatment is different. From India

Pre acquisition of 9000 includes in retained earnings so when you consolidated that figure is not shown anywhere then how this BS get tally

At reporting date, pre-acquisition profit is subtracted from total retained earnings at reporting date, thats why.😊👍
