Like- We don't know the kinda/ genre of music Ram is playing, as it's a school imo they wouldn't allow any student to perform anything that could be harmful to literally anyone, Most likely it could a soft music etc ... No its not noise pollution because in school sound will be in control by teachers and student and they don't want to loss there hearing capability so the music play by ram is between 60dB to 70dB which is safe side so ram not making any noise pollution Note : if any music play between 85dB to 100dB then it is considered noise pollution
