Time bounded way me agar SM ko level 6-7-8-9...jana pade to iska as sch koi monetary benefit hai nehi... Agr 4200-4600 jane me 10 saal lagta hai to automatically uska basic 10 saal me 44900 me pahuch jata hai..ab promotion ke nam only 1 extra increment..same goes for upcoming scales..Even level 9 5400 gp vi koi ban zata hai railway me wid macp ..wo fir vi grp c non gaztd rahega railway me....
