Amazing! I would be good to have some of the details about running a project like this once you have decided on the design. There is so little on KZbin in the way of details like that. How to stay organised, how to cost it out etc.

Comes down to management, this industry is sadly to busy to stop what there doing to explain what there doing, I run a super successful bakery but sadly don't have the time to do much more than that.

Hi we have not touched the exterior as we where not allowed by the city and landlord requirement. We were only allowed to have the sign hanging out side. Cheers-Aida 😊

Great job. One question. Wouldn't concrete have had the same look and effect but much cheaper than tile?

Hi Thank you for your question, regular concrete is less expensive how ever in here if i wanted to use the actual concrete flooring then i had to go with the finish concrete product and stain it after to get the nice finish and that would be more expensive than the tile . So we decided to choose the tile instead. I hope that answers your question. Cheers-Aida

It all depends, I have my own tile installer and we had a great deal for the tile as well, also the tile is super easy to clean so we have decided to use that . cheers -Aida

This bakery make fresh croissant with every order. They didn't want a display. Also there are shelves at the back if they need to display any thing, they don't make bread they make different types of croissant. Thanks for watching. Cheers-Aida

Very lovely design with colour combinations However the production area has no flow and creates a lot of down time . This will not be able to produce efficiently the numbers of product needed to cover the running costs Yes it's visible but as the glass needs to be cleaned constantly ( flour is like grease ) Stone surface may be a nice looking display but nothing beats a wooden surface in bake goods production
