can you bend the knuckles on these hinges to fix door sag like in a typical hinge used for a home?

What do you suggest to replace old 1 3/8 hollow metal doors with 2 hinges 3.5 x 3.5 and 3 screws. In a cement filled frame

Hi Martin. That is a recurring problem and have not found great solution. There are quite a few companies that will make the hinge size and location special but by the time you spend the money on special hinge locations and freight you could have just cut the frame out with a saw and updated it. Of course if you can get away with using wood it would make it fast and cheaper,

alwayse put antiseiz on the new bottom pivot, threads and pin.it will make the next door guys life much easyer

The hinges that are/have standard yes but not pivots or continuos hinges
