A good thang also is check the heat exchanger even in the summer time because that can save you especially if you found a bad part or on a maintenance, because I was helping a tech on a job and he found a leak on a Suction line he was about to give her a quote but I found a cracked heat exchanger also.

Problem we have is the pm guys don’t get shit done when they’re together, take an hour and a half lunch then pencil whip the entire pm sheet. I can see your point but 1 guy is all you really need.

Yea I’m a pm tech with 26 stores at least 40 units on all the building and they gave me two months to have all of these pms done and they wanted us to start in April and I live in co it’s still snowing out here lol

60 days 1000ish units that’s about 6 hours a day for one person not hard

Jumper wire. Used to jump 24v between r and w to bring on heat. Basically bypassing the thermostat

@@HughesManHVAC you would do this when you’re on cooling mode, you are basically bypassing to turn on the heat mode just to make sure it works and turns on fine, right??
