Madam you have no point. A courtesy visit informing an expert of your proposed action is enough for such expert to take action and give the professional support or advice on the issue discoursed. If the commissioner was not comfortable about the arrangement why didnt she advice them on the way to go or make a call immediately to correct any anormally as you stated- police work 24hours, so your 8pm visit holds no water.
