Court vests jurisdiction to appoint any person as commissioner; but such person should be competent; if both parties of suit did nòt take it in objection.

sir namskar Mera case 21 September ko fix hay . mere case me may defendant ke terfse hu , plaintiff ne commissioner appointment ka application filled Kiya hy, case TI ke hearing ke liye thi but plaintiff ka kahana hy ki defendant construction Kar raha hy, may us application ka oppose kaise karu , commissioner appointment hone ke nuksan batiye , muze hearing karna hy may aapni baju kise rakhu , plaintiff ne pleading me bati hui land defendant deneko tayr hy firbhi case prolong karneke liye appointment of commissioner ka application diya hy , plz muze hearing karne ke liye help kijiye thanks sir

Strongly & logically oppose, such reason, which your opponent counsel mentioned in his application for appointing commission. Appointment of commissioners did not change the fortune of case, but reports of commission may be objected, after their submissions in court. Delay in construction, become the reason of irriparable loss, such as wastage of gravel stone , sand, cement etc
