@@misssplendid4035 ok so you’ve been ‘going down a path’ of particular thoughts on your SP so TODAY turn the other way & decide to start thinking different thoughts even if you don’t quite believe just do it and affirm what it is you want & every time you think of the old thoughts simply say nope this is what I want with my SP. The thing I do every morning when I wake up is to forget the past, the day before as if I were with no memories. I mean I am called Ida but who cares ? I don't. I'm not my name nor my age. It's an ID but not my soul. My soul is and doesn't have. I live from my soul unapologetically no matter what kind of circumstances happen in the society. I'm not even halfway through the video but it makes SO much sense. I am an over thinker by nature and also have a history of anxiety and depression and it's true! sometimes people cant get out of depression because they don't WANT to. They might not realize it but they are so addicted to the familiar feeling of misery they are scared to break out of it. Thought patterns really are addictive, and ever since I have become conscious about my thoughts I realize how hard my brain tries to slip back into old thought patterns.

Oh my gosh! I manifested this video. I just asked for help because I feel like quitting. I did exactly what you said. I had contact with my SP, but because their is a 3P I began looking at that circumstance while telling myself he’s having a good time there and all kinds of stories. Then I began bouncing from he’s mine to I’m done. I’m clearly not fully committed and living in the old story. I have now shifted my focus and I’m committed to this. Interesting video - Dear unseen Seraph. Other LOA teachers talk about sitting in those negative feelings & emotions & allowing the resistance but what I’ve found is because you are so used to these negative thoughts & they have become a habit resulting in the ‘wave’ of negative feelings, it becomes a cycle & by allowing them ‘fully’ you end up going down the rabbit hole & totally spiralling. A great different approach to stop it b4 it grows & tell yourself it has no power & it’s only just an addiction and an old story & get straight back to focussing on what you desire through mental diet & affirmations. 🙏🏾💖🙏🏾💖🙏🏾💖🙏🏾💖🙏🏾💖🙏🏾

@@marijapaleka1175 You are not taking away anyone's freewill. You are changing YOUR own perception of that person and how you want to be treated by them. But you need to be sure to change your own self concept about yourself as well. Become the version of yourself that is loved, wanted, adored, and worthy of love. Because if you have feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, fear of losing your SP and you manifest your SP into your life, then you will end up losing them. Take them off the pedastal and put yourself there instead.

Also, can anyone say is it incorrect to manifest SP for several months and there is no movement, and you did all that stuff mentioned in the video and there is no contact. The SP says I dont want you it is better to go separate ways and you still keep this desire but nothing happens. People ask me this all the time. Should they quit?

The technique Scarlett mentioned works for everyone and everything. There are no exceptions. There is no external movement because there has been no internal change. The person's inner world did not align with their desire to be with their SP. Instead of quitting, they should work on their self-concept and resistance, because those are most likely blocking their SP. Shadow work also helps immensely.

@@marijapaleka1175 can I ask what techniques? Scripting, SATS, revision? Some work better than other for specific people so let me know what you’ve done so far. And it sounds like you weren’t living from the end. Acting like you’re rich is not the same as feeling it and living from the end. It is literally an internal state of being and if you’re constantly looking around and asking where is it, that means you don’t feel it and that will keep it from you. Or it likely is that you have a subconscious belief about money that needs to be changed. If you have done all the things and lived from the end and it’s still not here, it’s usually then your subconscious beliefs.
