1980s technological limitations aside, the quality of the artwork in this game is just poor. A good artist could deal with poor resolution and tiny color pallette and still make a pretty game in 1986.

@@larssawatzki1538 when kids couldn't afford computers and 1 kid did out of 100s. Yes it was cutting edge, just like when I had an atari. Maybe u didn't grow up that era. Cause u were considered rich and everyone wanted to play whatever game u had.

@@stevewalck The one kid who could afford a computer would better spend its money for games like Turrican like i mentioned before. This Transformer game looks like a VCS 2600 game and not like a cutting edge C64 game. And yes I grow up in this era, but no I wasn't a rich kid.

@@larssawatzki1538 if u did grow up in the era ,then who the hell did u know who had one? I can only remember 2 kids growing up who had a computer. Yes going arcade was only option but again maybe u don't think so but it was ahead of its time. Just like all early games, it was crazy to play a game in some bodies house and not have to use quarters.
