4:13 Seeing a Business banner above the US 13 shield is surprising to me as I presumed that DRPA would never recognize US 13 BUS existing in Chester. (Of course, I am not surprised that a US 13 shield was omitted still besides PA 291.)

It’s a LONG bridge just like the Kennedy bridge and many others I have seen. The Mississippi bridge is a very long one.
