Great video. I think something that would really help the nerds trying to climb would be some out of system adjustment videos. Basically what to do off of tough digs , bad passes , scramble plays (etc..) to better the ball as a setter setting a non ideal pass, or a hitter hitting a non ideal set.

Well done. Much of the time that could have been spent on the positioning you're emphasizing appears to have instead been spent on bending deep into the knees. Do you recommend that deep knee bend to jump higher, or a more modest bend to preserve time? Thanks

Got a question in regards to what motion is considered a block… recently had a situation where the ball was overshot on the bump and going over to the opposing teams side. The player attempted to block but looked more like a bump to himself and then proceeded to hit it after the fact. It left for a lot of arguing since the motion didn’t seem as a block. Any advice on that would be great 😅
