Honestly, WAEC is just a body, it is we Teachers that we are supposed to be sensitizing students on it. But we are very few marking WAEC.

0.00 is usually used if you have to refill the burette after every titration... otherwise your initial should be where your previous titration stoped... But the best is 0.00 since it is easier to calculate

Please, your burette readings must always end with 0. Because the least amount of volume measure able on burette is 0.1. So the second decimal must be zero
