IBPS level puzzles are good, just google for PDFs you will find a lot. Mocks were the main source for sure though.

Depends on the puzzle, but aim for 4-5 mins. In 2-3 mins decide if you want to continue solving it or leave it

please do video on how to approach verbal reasoning and cover every concepts like inference, strengthen-weaken, assumptions, course of action, cause effects. problem is it looks easy while approaching in mocks but always end up scoring 50-60% accuracy.... it will be helpful for lot of students... hope you'll do it on KZbin... and thank you for sharing your journey its really inspiring.......

We have covered these topics extensively in our course (DM/Email for details, links in description), but yes, these topics do tend to have lower accuracy even after having full confidence, so treat them with that in mind.
