Your so right when you say it's your claim. I had a really good VSO in Oregon and when I moved to Tennessee I thought the VSOs in this area where just as good they are not. I found your you tube channel about a year ago and bought and read your book. I only use the VSO here to drop off documents and paperwork. I went in to drop my request for an HLR and the VSO ask me if I had any evidence I wanted to submit I wanted to tell the VSO I know a guy that has a video about that. when I told her you can not submit evidence for an HLR, the VSO just rolled her eyes. The VSO here have that attitude that they got their VBA Benefits and no one else deserves theirs.

Same here. I had a great VSO ( a retired Marine Gunny) He was knowledgeable and worked very hard in service of veterans. Unfortunately he retired. I was so spoiled by his professionalism that I made the mistake that all VSOs were the same. I found out quickly that many VSOs are not helpful to the point that you just want to throw up you hands and call it quits. Long story short, I finally received my 100% P&T status. I did all the work on my own. The VSO only uploaded my form (which I could have done myself at home). He was useless and looking back I'm really glad he was not involved because I think if he had I would have been denied. What really helped me was talking to people that received their 100% sc and shared their experience and connected me to the person that helped them. Sharing knowledge on what the process is helps a great deal. Thank you Sir for sharing your knowledge with others.👍

I had one that wasn’t even doing my paperwork. I had to keep checking behind him , I kept requesting to get with another organization and couldn’t for a long while. He was sabotaging me. When I got with a new organization all my stuff got submitted and now my claims have been remanded. So all of a sudden I’m going to appointments for Evaluations some for the second time. It’s so discouraging especially when you’re in pain and suffering.

Hi Mr. Kimble? If I pass the VA claims agent test and become an agent, can the VA use my ability to pass the test to reduce my PTSD rating? I want to become an agent to help veterans and not to get “rich.” But I would hate to see a reduction just because I pass a claims agent test.

??? I have a question??? Mr. Dwayne, I have been awarded 90 % SC being paid at the 100% rate. My question is, I have the Paratrooper badge, stationed at Fort Bragg, NC - now Fort Liberity. I am being sent to C and P Exams for my feet, ankles and shoulders. Shouldn't these be presumptives? I have already been approved/rated for my back, and knees.
@DewayneKimble

That depends on when you filed the claim. I can't say why you have having exams now. Someone would have to review your paperwork, claim etc.

@DewayneKimble True. I got out 1996, the claim was first filed 2006. Repeatedly filed about every 18 months, a d had been denied up until March 2024. The Muscular-Skelton structure of my body from head to toe had C and P Exams and X-rays. By a Chiropractor, Orthopedics and podiatrist to include the doctor that completed my Nexus Letter. There is medical evidence in my VA file as well that was given to VBA. Injuries of Spine, knees, ankles, feet and my shoulders were just recently x-rayed last month. I know you can only speculate because you don't have my case in front of you. Thank you for all you do for us Veterans and our dependants.

Please keep giving veterans the enefit of your expereince and opinion on the issues of VA Benefits. However, if there is a factual basis for what you are saying please try to support it with final decisions and findings of a court or judge when possible. It adds credibility to what is being said even if not all youtube watchers umderstand the importance, although many people do, and might be encouraged to cross referrence the source and learn the approval processess more. Please also note that your youtube channel video only has a thumbs down icon and not a thumbs up icon, so I don't have a way to give your video a bump for your efforts like I do other videos I like. What causes your channel video to have a thumbs down and can you correct this? I hope this is a mistake.
