Quail bird sounds. Common quail, Coturnix coturnix. Singing birds. Beautiful bird song. Mating call of the birds at sunset. Birds sounds from wild nature.

This 6 minutes of pure nature were 6 minutes of pure joy.
As these quails are together or a bit far between each other, they talk about something. They talk about life, survival, their habits, and etc. These quails have such amazing communication patterns! They really like each other! I like their such lovely vocals they have coming out of their bodies! It's a good luck when the quail starts out its own vocals and then takes a nice, clean sand bath. Thanks for your video! Well appreciated from me.

@Thank You Pakistan For me, this seems to make sense since I actually hear birds in my mind singing (in their vocalizations) about different nations, cultures, cities, etc. I can think about countries personified as birds talking like that or either way countries personified as birds having their own theme songs like that (sometimes either with their own musical instruments which associate with that place and bird sounds or songs sampled at the same time). Birds normally seem like they talk whatever else, but normally in nature, they are their basis of communication and the use of other purposes like alarming others about something (mainly about predators), finding mates, etc. In nature, it's also part of their instincts, and birds (along with other organisms) naturally and usually act according to their instincts. But for sure outside of this, they surely do seem to talk about world peace and different cultures in their own voices. ☮️🕊️

Beautiful and sneaky birds. They look so small and chubby, yet they are the only birds of the pheasant family with wings strong enough to fly very long distances. They are currently becoming endangered because of massive hunting and trapping, as well as the destruction of their nests and habitats. Thank you for bringing this amazing footage to us!

Much has been said here about its call. I wonder where this was recorded, as I was a quail hunter most of my life (they are game birds in the USA, & quite delicious). But my true wonder here is, the recording here doesn't sound AT ALL like our quail here, which is a distinct low primary whistle with 2 quickly voiced rising whistles, much like if you call out the name 'Bob White', hence its nickname - Bobwhite Quail or just Bobwhite. Perhaps these are from overseas, & are speaking a different quail language? (It does happen, I've seen it in Crows.) Found another video that illustrates my point about our Quail's call; check it out: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5rchph9jq10bZI

@@acerlazereye1232 Commons are old world quail while ours in the US. are new worlds. There’s a contrast in them anatomy wise as well at the vocal. They come from two different taxonomic families. From my understanding old worlds are more traditionally fowl-like. Their family includes pheasants, junglefowl, etc. New worlds are more partridge-adjacent. Wood quail are probably the only new worlds that have the bigger frame that’s common in old worlds, but the obvious way to tell them apart for me is by their much thicker, “old world” beaks. I’ve gone on writing so much I almost forgot the point here, haha. This isn’t a case of different dialects like in crows. Bobwhites and commons are two vastly different species. In crows and other songbirds the variation in calls was found in one single species, changing by location. In this case, it’s just a call this species of quail is known for. Common quail are from europe, but far as I know quail have no or very few regional dialects.

Theres a farm near where i live that my daughter and i go to often. The owners let people come in and pay a little money to feed the animals. My daughter saw these and absolutely loved them. She laughed every time they chirped. Such odd little birds but adorable too haha

Loved it! Really a large range of sounds, from beautiful to comical. Since 1970, I've lived in the desert of Vegas, so seeing them surrounded by green foliage & wildflowers is a real treat. Every Spring I have a Mom & all her babies march across my back patio. I watch them grow from the tiniest to what I call their teen years. I do worry about them tho, as at night we have coyotes & rats. The number of babies have dwindled each year. This morning I discovered a nest not 3 feet from my front door. It was in a 4.5 tree. Sadly there are only 2 eggs.
