OfferingTree can work really well for a lot of people, but there's definitely some strategic tips that can help give it a little boost that the "tech support people" don't always know. I would love to add my OT subscribe button to other places on my OT website, but I don't see an option to do that? And I also can't find a code snippet for OfferingTree's lead magenet/pop-up that I can add anywhere else.

Can you do class packages with discount? So if someone buys 5 class pack they will have a code to use or something?

Yes, there is an ability to create discount and coupon codes. It's limited in the way of creating upsells or bonuses after purchasing, etc. But you can create coupon codes for classes, packages, etc.
