Watching with one of the old guys here in the apartment building, He said "Probabbbbaly get $150 for that beer thingy with "Texas" on it. Wait. It has "Texas" and "Cowboy", its a double whammmmy. I'd start off at $200" hahaha I have no clue lol cause I don't drink or go to bars but he goes to all of the auctions around here but who knows lol. Great video. Hendrick was good to so many. Uncle Bud from church must o had a big thing to do with them lol One time Talbert and I went to pick up some stuff for our Cub Scout pinewood derby race for prizes and Uncle Bud was there LOL I couldn't fit the big box in the car barely got the 4 small boxes to fit lol Used every one of the grocery bags I had and 2 trash bags. Hendricks took care of their own, was so devastating when the plane crashed going to Martinsville. Talbert and I were on the other side of the mountain ridge that the plane crashed into. Being we didn't know what it was, we think we might have heard the sound of impact and 20 minutes later at the next exit there were all the flashing lights coming from all directions. Emergency Vehicles and First Responders from all over the area. It was rather crazy because it was the only time we had gone up that way to my ex-fiancé's because we had dropped a friend off at Raleigh to fly back to Texas. It was the weekend after all the leaves had gone brown, it was gray and nasty out. It is crazy how things will trigger old memories. Ever since Talbert died it happens all the time. Great job....

Great vid Kevin! I once had the good fortune to find a garage sale that was run by a former fire fighter. He had a dozen vintage fire extinguishers! I only got 6 because that was all the money I had on me but still did great. I was going to go to an ATM but there was already people circling me so that wasn't going to work, lol.

One thing you should remember people with their garage sale they are doing business too not only you ,so don't be cheap cause you know very well the price of those goods...I mean gammon man it's already cheap.

People can also say “no” to an offer. It’d be nearly impossible for resellers to make a living if there wasn’t price negotiations involved. If people care enough to find prices on things they’re selling at a yard sale then they shouldn’t have a problem refusing a lower offer. Just depends on how you look at it I guess.

My dad is a retired firemen. When I was little he had one if those extinguishers turned into a lamp. 💗Philly Phlipper. Jeff Gordon 🤮 a good race day was always a day he hit a wall and was out of the race. ( without being hurt of course. Ok maybe a small bruise or something minor 😏)

The Batman and other stickers at the end of the video that he said were from Walmart $.25 vending machines are likely worth decent money. These were unlicensed, unauthorized D.C. and Marvel comic stickers sold through small coin vending machines. I had a few Marvel ones still in my collection and have slowly sold them off since last year. I sold a Thanos sticker for about $50 last fall. Others, like Captain America, went for $10-$20.

Just the other day this guy sold me a milk crate full of assorted cards, mainly sports like NBA, MLB and NFL, all for 25 bucks. He said all he asked is, if any big whoppers, to let him know :)

The top-drawer Magic the Gathering cards have gone completely off the charts. They are now being offered at legit auction houses that also sell furniture and paintings; there is an auction coming up on February 26 at Bruneau, and the top card is estimated at $40,000-60,000. Knowing how crazy collectors are, it may well go into six figures. Wouldn't you like to find that card at a garage sale? I would guarantee that if they're selling it, they have no idea what it's worth, and neither do any of the other shoppers.
