Aoa mama May Allah bless you. Mam you have said that message is the third component but in fon vol#1 it is said that it is second component. So tell me which is correct?

Both are correct because each writer have different perspective. If you write down only 4 components then message will be second one. But if you are elaborating and expanding the components then it will be third. No one will cross your answer. Don't worry. Go ahead

It is according to HEC pakistan which is same in almost all universities .

Yes. The main difference is that UHS conduct exams annually while other universities conduct exams according to semesters. Syllabus is same. You can verify your syllabus with the questions solved in lectures.
