Like Abbigail, many single mothers in our program have never known the support of a loving community or family. At New Life Village, families are housed in multi-family homes with private bedrooms and bathrooms, but a shared kitchen and living space. This creates an opportunity for moms to be family to each other - whether by babysitting their children, running their errands, cooking their family meals, or going to church together. One mom even listed some of her fellow program participants as her children's emergency contacts!
